How Do I Know If I’m in a Truck’s Blind Spot?

It is nearly impossible to know for sure whether you are in a trucker’s blind spot. However, it is best to know the possible blind spots of trucks and buses to help avoid being in them. The three main areas you should avoid around a truck:

1. The blind spot behind the commercial or semi-truck, which can encompass several lanes in each direction.

2. The blind spot in front of the truck, which includes the lane the truck is in and goes out one lane to the right

3. The blind spot next to the truck’s right door.
